Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy because we value your business and we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.  We sell brand name quality products from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. However, if you are not satisfied and want to return an item we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase under the following conditions:

  • All returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase.   

  • A RMA ( return merchandise authorization)  number must be requested by email prior to shipping the return item.  

  • We can only accept items in new and unused condition with original packaging.

  • Custom skate packages, custom built skates, modified products, or specially mounted skates can not be returned or exchanged.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns.  Exchanged items will not incur a restocking fee.

  • Defective products are usually covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.   Contact the manufacturer directly if your item is defective. The manufacturer’s contact information is supplied with the shipping documents,  however if you need assistance in obtaining their contact information please email us.

  • You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item less our actual cost for shipping and handling as a store credit, or a cash refund for the amount you originally paid less a 10% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. Please indicate your preference in the email.
